Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the e-bike and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.

### Warranty Coverage

**1. Frame – 1 Year**
The e-bike frame is covered for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural integrity of the frame.

This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, paint damage, corrosion, deformation, or damage caused by collision, crash, impact, accident, overloading, improper assembly, modification, or misuse.

**2. Motor – 6 Months**
The electric motor is covered for six (6) months against manufacturing defects and electrical or mechanical failures resulting from normal use.

Damage caused by collision, impact, water intrusion, unauthorized modification, improper installation, overloading, overheating caused by misuse, or other external damage is not covered.

**3. Battery – 6 Months**
The original e-bike battery is covered for six (6) months against manufacturing defects and abnormal electrical failure under normal use.

Normal battery capacity reduction resulting from regular charging cycles, storage conditions, temperature, age, or normal use is not considered a defect. Physical damage, deformation, water damage, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by impact or accident is not covered.

**4. Controller – 3 Months**
The controller is covered for three (3) months against defects in materials and workmanship.

Damage caused by incorrect wiring, improper installation, water intrusion, unauthorized modification, external impact, overheating due to misuse, or use with incompatible components is not covered.

**5. Electrical Components – 1 Month**
The following electrical components are covered for one (1) month against manufacturing defects:

* LCD Display / Display Meter
* Throttle
* Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS)
* Wiring Harness
* Electrical Connectors
* Charging Port
* Headlight / Taillight
* Battery Mount / Battery Terminal
* Other original electrical components supplied with the e-bike

Damage caused by improper installation, modification, impact, water intrusion, short circuit caused by external factors, or physical damage is not covered.

**6. Mechanical Components – 1 Month**
The following non-wear mechanical components are covered for one (1) month against manufacturing defects:

* Front Fork
* Rear Suspension / Shock Components
* Brake Calipers
* Brake Levers
* Crankset / Crank Arms
* Bottom Bracket
* Pedals
* Derailleur
* Shifter
* Kickstand
* Seatpost
* Stem
* Handlebars
* Wheel Hubs
* Rims
* Spokes
* Other original non-wear mechanical components

Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

**7. Accessories – 1 Month**
Original accessories supplied with the e-bike are covered for one (1) month against manufacturing defects.

This includes items such as lights, fenders, racks, mirrors, tools, and other included accessories, where applicable.

## Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered by this Limited Warranty. Wear items may require replacement as part of normal maintenance and use.

Non-covered wear items include, but are not limited to:

* Brake Pads
* Tires
* Inner Tubes
* Chains
* Cassettes
* Sprockets
* Derailleur Cables
* Brake Cables
* Cable Housings
* Handlebar Grips
* Bearings
* Pedal Reflectors
* Rubber Components
* Other Consumable Parts

Normal scratches, cosmetic changes, noise, or minor adjustments resulting from regular use are also not considered manufacturing defects.

## Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

* Collision, crash, impact, or accident
* Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation
* Improper assembly or installation
* Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration
* Use of incompatible replacement parts or accessories
* Overloading beyond the specified weight limit
* Water damage, corrosion, or prolonged exposure to moisture
* Improper charging, storage, or battery handling
* Failure to perform recommended maintenance
* Racing, stunts, jumping, or other abnormal use
* Damage caused during transportation after delivery
* Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
* Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
* Removal, alteration, or illegibility of the product serial number

## Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer may be required to provide:

1. Proof of purchase
2. Order number
3. Product serial number
4. Photos and/or videos showing the issue
5. A description of the problem and circumstances under which it occurred
6. Additional information reasonably required to diagnose the issue

The seller may request additional photos, videos, testing, or troubleshooting before determining whether a claim is covered.

## Warranty Resolution

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, the seller may, at its discretion:

* Provide a replacement component;
* Repair the defective component; or
* Provide another appropriate warranty solution.

Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or equivalent-function components, subject to availability.

Any replacement component provided under this warranty is covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

The warranty does not automatically require replacement of the entire e-bike when only an individual component is determined to be defective.

## Labor and Installation

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, this Limited Warranty covers the defective component only. Labor, assembly, adjustment, diagnostic, or installation costs associated with replacement may not be covered.

## Shipping Damage

Damage that occurs during shipping should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Customers should inspect the package and product upon receipt and provide clear photos or videos of any visible damage.

Shipping damage is handled separately from manufacturing-defect warranty claims and may require supporting documentation.

## Important Warranty Conditions

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original e-bike and components supplied with the product at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty period is not extended by the replacement or repair of a component.

This Limited Warranty does not cover loss or theft of the e-bike or its components.

The determination of whether a defect is covered by this Limited Warranty will be made based on the available evidence, including photos, videos, product condition, usage information, and diagnostic results.

This Limited Warranty is subject to applicable federal and state laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
