Class Refresh Timeline and PvP Balance I understand that ZOS has gone through significant staffing changes and that development priorities and timelines have understandably had to be reassessed. However, I think the current Class Refresh rollout has created a balance problem that deserves particular attention. Before the recent layoffs, the Dragonknight refresh and Werewolf refresh had already been completed and released. Since then, the expected timeline for the remaining class refreshes appears to have been pushed out substantially. The problem is that the refreshes were not simply cosmetic updates. They made meaningful changes to combat performance, class identity, skills and passives. That means players using DK or Werewolf are now effectively playing with a newer generation of combat design while the remaining classes are still waiting for equivalent treatment. This is noticeable in PvE, but I believe it is considerably more damaging in PvP, where relatively small differences in survivability, sustain, pressure and utility can have a major effect. At present, DKs and Werewolves are extremely prominent across PvP, and from a player perspective it increasingly feels as though anyone choosing another class is competing from behind before the fight even begins. The concern is not that DK or Werewolf should be weakened simply because their refreshes arrived first. The issue is the **length of time the rest of the classes may now have to wait for comparable attention**. If completing every remaining Class Refresh in the near future is no longer realistic, I would strongly encourage the combat team to consider interim balance passes for the other classes rather than leaving the game in this partially refreshed state for an extended period. Even relatively modest adjustments to outdated passives, underperforming class skills, sustain, defensive tools and class-specific utility could help narrow the gap until the full refreshes are ready. I fully appreciate that the development team is working under different circumstances than when the Class Refresh project began. However, once some classes have received substantial modernization, leaving the remainder on the older design for a prolonged period creates an unavoidable fairness issue—particularly in competitive PvP. I hope maintaining parity between refreshed and non-refreshed classes can be treated as a priority while the longer-term Class Refresh schedule is worked through.
