- What I typically tell my friends and family about the work that I do here, is that I'm a problem solver. On a daily basis, I do a lot of workshops but also, we do wireframing and prototyping. And sometimes I do a little bit of UX research as well. Our UX Team actually expanded our discipline into thinking more strategically. Instead of just thinking wireframing and prototyping from a creative lens, we also do upstream strategic planning work. So from a customer experience perspective, how can we actually enhance their experience. - The thing that makes healthcare advertising or marketing so different and so challenging, is that you always have to learn new things. You have a regulatory body, you have people who are focusing on what you're doing, and that means it has to be right. - I don't think that you need specifically a healthcare background, but you just need to be very self-driven and be ready to learn. - While it may be more challenging, I love a challenge. And I think other people should look at themselves and think about how they can challenge themselves. It shouldn't be daunting. It should be something that you would wanna take that challenge on and wanna grow from that. - When compared to other places, Klick is a place where you can grow. - It's a place where not only are you valued for the work that you can output, but also for the person that you are. - You can come in as a business analyst and the next day, you're developer. - There's something different here because this company gets it. There's social injustice out there, but our company cares enough to fight the battle with us. And that's really important for me. - There are some foundational elements that we strongly believe in. From being kind, optimistic, driven, empathetic and trustworthy. That is the entry point into Klick. But it's not just the entry point into Klick, we're constantly looking to see and reward people that have those characteristics, and how they play out in everyday life here. - And it's a culture that truly empowers you to become the best version of yourself. You feel the safety to explore, to try things that you've never done before, to tackle challenges that are truly meaningful and make an impact on people's lives, but you do it with your friends. - And really, it's just so simple, it's home. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.
