Roadside parking and parking on the grass is prohibited. Any fees incurred from tickets or towing expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME AND PROCEDURES • CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00PM or any time thereafter. • CHECK-OUT TIME is promptly at 10:00AM or any time prior. • If you make a reservation on the same day of arrival, check-in time maybe later than 4:00PM. • It is necessary we strictly adhere to the check-out time of 10:00AM in order to properly clean and prepare the accommodation for our next arriving guest. • Please follow the check-out procedures noted in the Guest Information Manual or posted at the home. If the home is left excessively dirty and check-out procedures are not properly followed, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file and, where necessary, deductions from security deposits will be made. • All times noted above are based on Eastern Time. EMERGENCIES: • If you have a medical or personal emergency, please dial 911, or contact the local hospital or sheriff's department. HOME INSPECTION: • Upon arrival, we ask that you view the home, as well as its contents and report any existing damages to the onsite team so you are not held accountable for them. • We understand that accidents happen and damages can occur. We kindly request your honesty and attentiveness in reporting any damages caused to the home and/or its contents. SELF-CATERING INFORMATION: • All accommodations are self-catering. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, stove top/Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, drinking cups and glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware and dining utensils. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bed linens are also provided. • Each accommodation comes equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and one tall kitchen garbage bag. • Some helpful items to bring are as follows: 1. Napkins and additional toilet paper, paper towels and Garbage Bags 2. Coffee and coffee filters 3. Laundry and dishwashing detergent, as well as a Kitchen sponge 4. Home cleaning chemicals such as a multi-purpose cleaner and floor cleaner 5. Hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, Toothbrush and mouthwash 6. Other personal incidentals 7. Beach towels MAID SERVICE: • Daily maid service is not provided. • Accommodations are self-maintained and are professionally cleaned upon each guest’s departure. • Guests are expected to maintain the accommodation in a generally acceptable condition. • Guests are responsible for washing their own towels, linens, dishes, cups, pots, pans, etc. POOL/SPA HEAT TERMS & CONDITIONS (APPLICABLE FOR PRIVATE POOL HOMES): • Pool heat is available and strongly encouraged for bookings placed in the winter months to allow for full use of this unique home amenity. . Pool heat can be added prior to arrival for $25 a day • If you have not requested pool heat at the time of your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. • Please be advised that pool heat is set between 83°F and 89°F. We are unable to adjust the pool heat to accommodate each guests personal heating preference. • If guest requests pool heat while they are at the home, there is a USD 25.00 extra fee to turn on the pool heat. It will take 24-48 hours to heat up. The onsite team will only turn on the pool heat during regular office hours. Spa Heat • If the home has a Spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warm. • The Spa can only be heated by the pool heater, and some homes are unable to keep a temperature higher than the temperature of the pool itself. Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures • All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches above 50°F. Please note that there are no refunds provided for any of the above mentioned pool heat instructions GENERAL INFORMATION AND GUEST EXPECTATIONS: • Our goal is to provide you with a first-rate vacation rental. One way we are able to offer exceptional accommodations while keeping our rates modestly low is by our guests caring for our homes with great consideration. • Below are key policies which we must enforce. We respectfully request and appreciate that guests adhere to these policies. Guests will be requested to leave the premises immediately and will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their stay if found violating any of these key policies. Guests may also be subject to additional fees if the accommodation is found to be in a condition which renders it unable to be rented to the next arriving guest. Any such fees will be charged to the credit card on file and, where necessary, deductions from security deposits will be made: 1. No Smoking is allowed inside any accommodation. All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the home provided that all the doors and windows of the home are shut to prevent smoke from blowing into the home and, if applicable, is done in designated areas of the community and does not violate any of the community’s smoking policies. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and, where necessary, deductions from security deposits will be made. 2. No Pets are allowed. There shall be no more than the maximum number of guests allowed by law. The maximum number of guests varies by category and this information is noted on the website from which you made your reservation. 4. Underage Drinking is not allowed and will not be tolerated. If this occurs, we will notify the local authorities and guests will be subject to all local county and/or state laws pertaining to this violation. 5. Noise Disturbance should be avoided and guests need to be respectful of their neighbors. Do not disturb other guests while they are on vacation and please keep noise levels down, especially in the early mornings and late evenings. • Please read and follow the terms and conditions that you agreed to when placing your reservation and please be familiar with your responsibilities as our guest.
